Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. As our products are sourced from multiple third-party suppliers, delivery timeframes vary by supplier and destination. Most orders arrive within 4–21 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier availability, or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

International Orders The Organized Pet Hub ships internationally. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available from the supplier. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays & Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at ceo_mers@aol.com and we will investigate with the supplier on your behalf.
